🚿 After returning from the beach, please use the outdoor shower located at the rear of the garage to rinse off any sand 🍕 No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (other than water), as it can attract wildlife 🦎 🍹 No glass, food or pee in the pool 🔥 Please use the fire pit during winter only, and only if there are no fire bans in place, due to the potential fire risk 🏠 Please be considerate of our neighbours
