1. Acknowledgement
1.1 By making a purchase and submitting a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, agreed to these Booking Terms, General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policies.
1.2 The Owners of Kenge Village reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice provided through our website or via email.
1.3 The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kenge Village. The terms “you,” “your,” “guest,” or “client” refer to any individual or entity that accepts these Terms and Conditions or uses our services. Nothing in these Terms shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.
2. Booking Requests
2.1 Kenge Village reserves the right to accept or decline a Booking Request. We will respond to all booking enquiries within 24 hours.
2.2 A Booking Request made through the Kenge Village website is not a confirmed booking until Kenge Village has accepted it and a deposit has been paid.
3. Booking Payments
3.1 A minimum stay of 4 nights applies.
3.2 To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required, which includes a $100 administration fee, along with a valid credit card number.
3.3 All payments can be made by Visa or MasterCard by clicking Pay Now, which will direct you to the secure Stripe payment gateway. A merchant fee may be applied by your financial institution or payment provider.
3.4 Please note that receipt of the deposit or payment denotes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
3.5 Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. A reminder email will be sent when the remaining balance is required.
3.6 When bookings are made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Amendment
4.1 Cancellation in writing by either party 60 days prior to the commencement of the booking will be refunded in full, less an administration fee of $100 per booking.
4.2 Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the booking will forfeit the deposit, unless the property can be let for the entire booked dates.
4.3 Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking will forfeit the deposit.
4.4. We recommend travel protection insurance with a reputable insurance company to allow for unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, accidents, or natural disasters.
4.4 The Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made directly through kengevillage.com.au. Bookings made via third-party websites are subject to that provider’s Terms and Conditions.
5. Cancellations Due to Natural Disaster or Pandemic
5.1 In the event of a natural disaster or pandemic, you have an option to stay, receive a credit to book alternate accommodation or receive a full refund.
5.2 No refund is available in the event of a natural disaster or pandemic during your stay.
6. Security Deposit / Bond
6.1 A refundable security deposit may be charged to cover damage, breakage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or breaches of these Terms.
6. 2 Deductions will be itemised and communicated to the guest.
